In an email to attorney Brian Egolf, counsel for the The New Mexico Department of Health stated it will abide by judge’s orders and issue medical cannabis cards to out of state residents.
Department of Health attorney Chris D. Woodward email said, ““We apologize if there was any miscommunication with the media on this point.”
