Albuquerque Public School’s CFO Don Moya discusses his whistleblower lawsuit with KOB Reporter Kai Porter at his attorney Kate Ferlic’s office at Egolf + Ferlic + Day in Santa Fe. Moya reveals the text message from APS Superintendent Luis Valentino to New Mexico Public Education secretary Hanna Skandera.

“The text message itself that I received after raising the issues from the superintendent that was intended for Hanna Skandera basically planning my demise was all I needed to confirm she’s somehow involved in this,” Don Moya told KOB Tuesday. “When I saw there were some questionable activities taking place, it was my moral and legal obligation to bring them to light.”
