Kate Ferlic subpoenas texts from Valentino and Skandera
Kate Ferlic, attorney for Albuquerque Public Schools CFO Don Moya, subpoenaed text messages from former APS Superintendent Luis Valentino, New Mexico Secretary of Education Hanna Skandera and APS Chief of Staff Toni Cordova. Ferlic believes the 10 months of text messages will prove the close relationship between Valentino, Skandera and Cordova and the basis of the conspiracy against Moya.
