Santa Fe law firm Egolf + Ferlic + Day filed a class action lawsuit against Volkswagen and two Albuquerque Volkswagen dealerships. Earlier this month Volkswagen admitted to installing software on 11 million “clean burning” Diesel engines so they would pass emission inspections.
