APS Superintendent Resigns – Don Moya lawsuit remains

Albuquerque Public School’s Superintendent Luis Valentino resigned from his position today, but the Don Moya lawsuit remains. The acting superintendent Raquel Reedy spoke to KOAT eyewitness news briefly about Valentino’s resignation. When Reedy was asked about CFO Don Moya she stated she could not answer any questions regarding Moya due to the litigation of the whistleblower lawsuit.
