Biography
Heather is a litigator whose work includes wrongful death, personal injury, sexual abuse and harassment, civil rights, and family law. She is dedicated to seeking justice for those who have been wronged and helping families reduce conflict. She is collaboratively trained for divorce and custody matters and helps clients resolve issues efficiently and respectfully.
Heather graduated with her Juris Doctor from the University of New Mexico School of Law. During law school, she served on the Board of Directors for the Family Law Section of the New Mexico State Bar Association, worked for various nonprofit and government entities, and contributed to the 2020 New Mexico Missing and Murdered Indigenous Women and Relatives Task Force Report. After law school, Heather clerked for the Honorable Judge Kristina Bogardus at the New Mexico Court of Appeals.
