Ferlic and other representatives give updates about the case and supportive staff will help plaintiffs fill out necessary questionnaires. In addition, Navajo translators will be at the meetings. Attendance of the plaintiffs are required or they “risk having their claims dismissed.”
“I do think it’s a critical time in the litigation to solidify the claims,” Ferlic stated to the Farmington Daily Times.
