Attorney John Day states Tai Chan acted in self defense

Breaking news in the Tai Chan criminal case. Chan’s attorney John Day speaks to KOAT about Jeremy Miller’s autopsy report. Findings state there were bruises and skin under Miller’s fingernails suggesting the officers were in a physical altercation before gunshots were fired. Criminal defense attorney John Day said Chan acted in self defense.
