Kate Ferlic sues on behalf of victims of sexual abuse

Kate Ferlic, on behalf of her clients, filed lawsuit against private tutor Joel Abraham and principal of Secondary Learning Center, Antony Berzack. The suit claims Abraham had sexual relations with a 14 year old student he was tutoring, as well as making inappropriate sexual comments to another student. Ferlic accuses Berzack of knowing about the Abraham’s behavior after students and teachers repeatedly reported witnessing incidents; however, he did not stop the situation nor punish Abraham.
