Slain deputy records decision delayed two weeks | New Mexico News – KOAT Home

In Las Cruces the judge delayed his decision to force the release of officer Jeremy Martin’s personal records including mental health, medical and performance records.  Tai Chan defense attorney John Day and the Santa Fe Sheriff’s Office have two more weeks to make their arguments.  The judge is expected to make his decision on April 2.
