Santa Fe deputy Jeremy Martin was “violent” claims defense

Defense attorneys for Tai Chan have requested the medical, physical, behavioral and personal records of Santa Fe deputy Jeremy Martin.  Attorney John Day’s defense arguments state Jeremy Martin displayed “violent and aggressive behavior on the night of his death.”  With the release of Jeremy Martin’s records, Day said, “would likely reveal, among other things, Martin’s proclivity for violence, his dangerous tendencies, and/or his general mental stability.”
